We offer you a recipe that fills us with pride, our Pink Praline Nougat. We wanted this exceptional nougat to bring together the best possible ingredients. We know the exact origin of each of them because our artisans are the producers, and we have also used genuine Label Rouge I.G.P. Lavender Honey.
This unique recipe is the result of collaboration with artisans labeled E.P.V. (Living Heritage Company), whose expertise and kindness are unparalleled.

In our specialty Lyonnais boutique located in Old Lyon, we also offer specialties from renowned Lyon chocolatiers such as Chocolatier Voisin, known for crafting, among other things, the essential Coussins de Lyon and delicious Quenelles with two praline chocolates. Voisin also holds the E.P.V. (Living Heritage Company) label.
